Carrying out project quality management and ensuring the quality of software projects is an important topic throughout the life cycle of China's small and medium-sized banking software service projects.Through the understanding of actual project practices and related literature,it is found that there are relatively few related researches on small and medium-sized banks in China and in the field of their software service projects.At the same time,it is often found that software service projects of small and medium-sized banks in China always encounter various quality problems.This also leads to the following three questions:(1)What are the specific characteristics of China's small and medium-sized banking software service projects and their quality management work?(2)What are the key factors affecting the development of quality management of small and medium-sized banking software service projects in China?(3)How can we better utilize or circumvent these key factors to ensure the normal and orderly quality management of small and medium-sized banking software service projects in China?First of all,the paper finds many influencing factors affecting the quality management of small and medium-sized banks' software service projects in China,and based on the PMBOK theory,it is unified into three categories: quality planning,quality assurance and quality control.Secondly,the author summarizes the key factors affecting the quality management of software service projects of small and medium-sized banks in China,and further analyzes the interrelationship between various factors,and then builds a relationship model between them.Finally,the paper summarizes the quality management implications of developing small and medium-sized banking software service projects in China.The paper uses the knowledge of quality management theory and PMBOK,and combines the analysis and research on the quality management practice cases of software service projects of three small and medium-sized banks provided by three different software service companies.The research results are as follows:(1)Analysis The specific characteristics of China's small and medium-sized banking software service projects and their project management,and found that the fluctuations and conflicts of project demand are inevitable;(2)Identify the key factors affecting the quality management of China's small and medium-sized banks' software service projects and Their mutual logical relationship;(3)found that the fundamental guarantee for the quality management of small and medium-sized banking software service projects is to maintain quality thinking.In short,this paper studies the quality management of small and medium-sized banking software service projects in China based on quality management theory,finds its key influencing factors,and proposes corresponding management inspirations,aiming to better guide the quality management of small and medium-sized banks' software service projects in China.The launch.
