With the development of integrated circuits,System on chip(SOC)is getting more and more applications,and as an important module of the system on chip,power management circuit is indispensable.Low Dropout Regulator(LDO)and Power On Reset(POR)are important modules in power management circuits and are widely used in various circuits.In this paper,first,the principle and performance parameters of LDO and POR are introduced.Then,the structural of the LDO and POR circuits are designed in Global Foundries 0.13?m SiGe BiCMOS technology.Secondly,simulation results of LDO and POR are given.Finally,the test scheme of LDO and POR circuits are introduced and the post-simulation results are compared and analyzed.The LDO circuit simulation result surfaces that,the circuit work current from 0mA to 30 mA,the input voltage from 2V to 3.3V,the output voltage of 1.8V,the linear regulation rate of 0.205%,load regulation of 0.648%,operating temperature from-40? to 125?,the quiescent current of LDO circuit is 74.6uA.The POR circuit simulation result surfaces that,the Brown-Out voltage of the circuit is 0.53 V,the circuit meets the requirements of long power supply rise time,and the quiescent current of the circuit is 37.5nA.
