As the complex embedded systems are widely used in the field of high performance requirements,which of the testing complexity is being gradually increased.By analyzing the general developing situation of the automatic detection systems at home and abroad,aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional automatic testing system and the testing requirements of complex embedded systems,this paper carries out the automatic detection technology research of complex embedded systems.This paper first analyzes the characteristics of complex embedded system relatively universal computer,introduces the concept of complex embedded system testability,select the missile-borne computer as a typical research object.From the aspect of reverse engineering,the concrete analysis shows that the complex embedded system has great testability,and it is further determined the test requirements in detail.According to the general process and principle of the automatic test system design,it uses an interactive test program and fuses CPCI bus,DSP+FPGA,the reliability design and other technology to build the system composition and determine the realization scheme of modules.With the modular design method to research the reliable hardware implementation scheme,which mainly includes the hardware design of function interface module can improve the system integration.The module design includes power supply,processor unit,and the universal interfaces,such as multibus and the input and output of analog or digital.The switch subsystem module is designed by the means of bang-bang control,and the signal routing channels between the detection system and the external test equipment are set up,which improves the testing network and function diversity.The programmable output power monitoring module is designed with multi-level bang-bang switch and analog digital control method,which improves the self-test ability of the system and the flexibility of hardware management.The hardware integration scheme is designed to improve the compatibility and reliability of modules in the system from the overall.It is to implement the softwareation scheme of automatic detection system based on the general utilization software design idea,and the key design is the slave-computer software.For the transmission data type,a common PCI bus communication protocol is developed within the system,and the software configuration,data storage and control logic are achieved in detail in the part of the multibus and digital analog channel.It is reasonable use of module internal resources to standardize data management,in turn verify each design results of interface software,and also analyze the design method of PCI driver of the host-computer.After researching the overall technology and software and hardware implementation scheme of the automatic detection system,and summarizing the key technologies that improve the performance and function of it,the final test verification results show that the accuracy and practicability of the system design scheme.The implementation scheme of automatic detection system can promote and guarantee the research and development of complex embedded system,which will have a better application prospect.
