In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,various industries have begun to use information technology,more people pay attention to the road transport industry management information.In the late 1990 s,the computer technology was introduced into the field of road transportation management.The earliest operation mode was mainly single machine.After development,the local area network was formed,and the business scope was expanded from the initial single business to comprehensive business.The business system developed on the market only attaches importance to a specific business and cannot grasp the road transportation business from the whole,resulting in insufficient data sharing and slow progress efficiency of computer technology.With the change of the highway cargo jurisdiction by the operation,to develop more other more advanced road YunZheng management information system,in order to better achieve public goods transport management requirements,choose YunZheng information as a basis for the management information system,mainly including "car,staff,families," high quality,real-time update and overall YunZheng data.The main content of this thesis is on the investigation and study the baotou city intelligent transportation management of the existing state and now most of the questions,in view of our country and foreign industry now is a good rich experience accumulated and now road YunZheng tube,the benefits of all selected now more popular intelligent management way,on the basis of the process management in the middle of the way,designed for the city's road YunZheng freight management information system.Starting from the overall analysis and planning of baotou city road YunZheng goods management subsystem,the design system using the object-oriented idea,choose B/S architecture,the use of two different main module design YunZheng road freight management subsystem,choose the JSP technology,the ORACLE database as a development road freight management subsystem YunZheng important development environment.The main contents of this paper are as follows: based on the demand analysis of the design system of the road transportation management cargo management requirements in baotou city,design the development target of the freight management subsystem,and complete the system functional requirements planning and design.A brief description of the design of freight management subsystem non-functional requirements,analysis and development of freight management subsystem feasibility.Design the network architecture and overall structure of freight management subsystem based on the demand.And I was responsible for the design of freight owner management,system management and vehicle management module,design the module development process and database table.After completing the system design,it began to realize the system functions,explained the hardware environment of the deployment system in detail,and developed and realized the key functional modules of the freight management subsystem.In this paper,the development of road YunZheng system in baotou city has a formal application,road YunZheng management department after the use of this system service ability and level,received a significant boost to the masses to provide more convenient and precise working process and the new way to see the road transport information,from the overall improve the level of service,and the YunZheng business data integration,high efficiency,centralized and real-time data sharing and exchange YunZheng.
