The Design And Implementation Of The Credit Management System For The Road Transport Company

Due to the lack of a sound credit evaluation system and monitoring platform, many companies and practitioners in the road transport industry are short of integrity consciousness. Driven by interests, they resort to deceit or even seek profits by unfair means. The construction of the credit evaluation system for road transport industry will play an important role in standardizing the order of road transport market and will improve the service quality and the transportation safety.The system is developed according to the credit evaluation requirements of Guangdong Provincial Communications Department. The main function of the system is to collect the credit data of the road transportation companies, and then evaluate the companies’ credit status comprehensively, combining the credit evaluation index system. Then release evaluation results to the public. The system collect the original credit data by data two methods data docking and manual data entry, and integrate these data to form a credit data statistical table. In addition, through the in-depth analysis and research of the evaluation method, the system construct the credit evaluation model of road transport enterprises, and achieve the company’s credit rating based on the credit evaluation model and the statistics and establish a business credit archives. At last, the system fully account of the possible changes in the future. The review process, the credit rating set, the Credit Indicator System and the function menu are configurable. The user can easily customize the system according to their needs.The system has completed all the development and testing work, and is expected to be put into trial operation in late May.
