The Phenomenon And Analysis Of "Post-check" In The Era Of New Media

Theoretical change is closely related to social change.In the new media era,the new information communication technology has given birth to a new way of social interaction and derived a new social relationship.So whether the classical "gatekeeper" theory has changed.At present,it is generally believed that the "gatekeeper" theory put forward in the traditional media era has been difficult to explain the "gatekeeper" phenomenon in the new media era.Therefore,the study of "gatekeeper" theory in the new media era has gradually become one of the hot topics in the academic circles.This paper takes the land expropriation and demolition case of Y County in the new media era as the research object,and takes Sun Liping's "process-event" analysis method,through describing the dynamic process of the event,we can obviously find that there is a phenomenon of "post-check" in the new media era.Through this phenomenon,we find that there are three main features of the new media era: The first is the autonomy of the netizen to check the pass.In the Internet environment,all netizens are both communicators and receivers,and their processing of information is not only affected by the "spiral of silence",but also affected by the effect of "use and satisfaction",which shows that netizens have a strong sense of autonomy;the second is the postposition of the media check.In the new media environment,once the information is transmitted through the self-media,the mainstream media re-disseminates it,showing the mainstream media's post-control of the information on the network platform;the third is the continuity of the government's control.The initial nature of information in the new media environment puts the government into a "prisoner's dilemma".In the face of such a dilemma,the government often adopts the continuous behavior of deleting posts,which is manifested as the continuity of the government's check.According to the analysis of the characteristics of the "post-check" phenomenon in the new media era,it is found that once an emergency occurs in the Internet environment,the government will first fall into a "prisoner's dilemma" state.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the phenomenon of "post-check" in the new media era,through the game analysis of the government,media and Internet users,the best action strategy of the stakeholders can be deduced.The government needs to improve thetransparency of governance;the media needs to open channels of information communication;and Internet users need to enhance the ability of network participation.
