Research On The Design Of Ordering System For Dual Users

The research foundation of the subject originated from the undergraduate graduation design: “Design of the order distribution system for primary and secondary school students”,and the online ordering platform was popularized in the author's postgraduate study stage.Therefore,the phenomenon of online ordering is continuing research.In the past five years,network mobile terminals have developed rapidly and become popular,and the number and impact of online ordering platforms have developed rapidly.With the aging of China's society and the Chinese government's liberalization of the second child policy,the problems caused by the issue of aging and the topic of child growth need to be resolved.Dual users refer to the phenomenon that users in the selection,payment,and feedback links in the network service link are not the same user as the users who actually enjoy the service content and products.At present,the mainstream users of online ordering are mainly young and middle-aged.This user group is also the crowd who frequently use the Internet.The marginalized users such as the elderly and children need to complete the order with the help of family members,while the existing ordering platform Service,and the design is relatively preliminary.According to literature research,it is known that there is little use of takeout platforms for the elderly.However,through analysis,it is found that the market is not large,and most of the conclusions are stuck in theoretical research and analysis of phenomena,and no solution is deeply explored.This design focuses on the marginalized users of online ordering,and studies the eating behavior of users in different situations,and summarizes the eating phenomenon of such users as "dual user phenomenon".Refining the processes,obstacles,contradictions and needs of direct users and indirect users in the dual-user phenomenon when using the network ordering system,drawing user portraits and summarizing design priorities.Through the literature research,questionnaire research methods to obtain first-hand information,the state of indirect users during the acceptance of the meal service is divided into two categories: trust type and dependent type.According to the classification,the research plan is formulated.Through the observation method and the interview method,the contradictions,obstacles and needs of the two users in the process of accepting the meal service are summarized,and the user portraits and typical use flow are drawn for the three major indirect user life forms.In the end,in the process of ordering system of dual-user phenomenon,there are many problems in the participation and feedback of indirect users,and there is no special solution for the timeliness and confirmation means of receiving food.In addition,the lack of emotional companion guides the direct user to the indirect user through the order.Based on the results of user research,a subscription distribution system under the dual-user condition was established,which combines online and offline,and the efficiency and emotion are coordinated,and the various elements are re-matched.The research on the outdoor dining tradition and the existing ordering methods,through the analysis of the literature and books,and the comparison of domestic and foreign user research and research,summed up the different research points,and provided theoretical support for the research of this topic.The research process has three stages: the first stage is the questionnaire research and analysis stage.According to the existing network ordering factor satisfaction design questionnaire,the data is processed and the 179 questionnaires are recovered after the network is distributed.The second stage is the observation and interview stage.Main observations and interviews for indirect users,combined with the opinions of direct users,summed up the pain points of the problem;the third stage is the design practice phase,planning a dual-user ordering system,and designing a network ordering delivery system according to the system as the design of the system planning case.
