Design And Realization Of Employment Management System In Vocational Colleges Based On Android Age

With the increasing pressure on social employment competition,the employment of students has become an important part of the work of vocational colleges.How to scientifically manage the employment of graduates and improve the employment rate of students has become the focus of professional colleges.The development of the times has changed the way graduates choose their careers.From "unification and division" to "two-way choice",the change of career choices brings more diverse choices to students' employment,but also brings many problems.The competition for student employment has intensified.Therefore,from the background of the current information age,if vocational colleges want to improve the employment rate of graduates,it is necessary to study and build a scientific and effective employment management system.Through the development and design of the system,the links between the various roles involved in the employment of graduates are strengthened,including school employment offices,graduates and employers.This paper first expounds the background and significance of the research,analyzes the development status of related applications and related technologies at home and abroad,and then determines the system development from the problems existing in the employment of vocational schools and the actual work needs of vocational colleges.The specific functional modules,as well as the Android,JEE architecture,MVC mode,JAVA and other development technologies have been applied to varying degrees.In the analysis of the overall structure of the employment management system of vocational colleges,the unified platform based on J2 EE architecture is used to design and develop the server.At the same time,the design and development of the client is realized by Android technology.The mobile client implemented by Android technology can facilitate students.Employment information inquiry and communication with employers.Then,the user has designed and developed seven functional modules for user regi stration and login,resume management,employer management,recruitment information management,information push,employment management and user communication.The system has carried out specific development and design of various functional modules of the system through various technologies.Finally,the system is tested for performance and function.The test results show that the system can run normally,in line with the designer's expectations.To further illustrate the working conditions of system develo pment,various aspects of system development are demonstrated based on use case diagrams,timing diagrams,and flowcharts.In the design and development of the system,the original text content representation method is innovative,and the topic document model method LDA is used to construct the feature vector of the document.The method can recognize the relationship before the word and effectively express it,so that the system can be based on The rational use of the LDA algorithm is to effectively extra ct the corresponding semantics from the text,and use the high efficiency of the algorithm to successfully complete the noise reduction of the calculation,which ensures the accuracy of the text semantics and can complete the words well.The acquisition of the corresponding association relationship,thereby implementing information push based on the content recommendation method.
