The Design And Implementation Of Chongqing College Of Electronic Engineering Employment Management System

Under the social context of the rapid development of information and enrichednetwork resources, especially the trend of a large number of Web2.0technologiesapplied to social information processing, the thesis design a College employmentmanagement platform system which has very good user experience and in line withWeb2.0.Based on the practical significance of the current employment managementplatform of college graduates, selecting Oracle and back-end database and using theWeb development technologies such as ASP.NET which is under the Microsoft’s.NETenvironment this thesis establish a three-tier B/S based employment managementplatform of college graduates. The platform is based on Ethernet, Web browsing, acombination of five functional modules, which are faculties information management,user account management, personnel information management, interview managementand graduates management. The faculties information management module is mainly tomeet the need of convenient management of the whole college’s faculties under theunified system; User account management is the platform’s back support, which we caneasy manage all types of accounts involved in the platform; Personnel informationmanagement is meet to the need of college graduates employment who is signed thetripartite agreement with a company. It is a registered function in the platform;Interview information management is available to graduates, employer and collegetripartite. It meets the need of management of the tripartite who are in certain interview;Graduates management meets the need of statistical analysis of all graduates in collegesand universities.This thesis is mainly made of the outcome of the following aspects:1.Construct an employment management platform system which is suitable forChongqing College of Electronic Engineering and services colleges, employers,graduates tripartite in the season of job seeking;2.Analyze the business requirement of the college’s existing employmentmanagement, summarize the general requirements model of the college career management and integrate the graduates and employers in the employmentsmanagement, further analyze the operation scenes of these roles;3. Design and implement the platform on the basis of the requirement model, usingmodern software engineering techniques. Design the database table structure of thesystem, the system interface UI, and complete the implementation and tests of thesefeatures.At present, the system has been successfully transported to the Chongqing Collegeof Electronic Engineering and running in good conditions. The establishment of thissystem can provide a good solution for our employment of college graduates emergingmanagement platform.
