With the development of communication industry, communication system in general continues to expand the scale and becomes more and more enormous and complicated. The communication power supply known as "the heart" of the communication system, is closely related to the entire communication network operation quality and communication security, and plays an important role in the communication system. In order to improve reliability of the power supply, on one hand, must improve main circuit of the power supply and decrease failure rate; on the other, it is also very important to monitor operational status of entire system. Therefore this article detailed designs rectification module of the main circuit and parallel current sharing technology, and introduces Embedded Technology and Ethernet Technology to design monitoring system, and greatly improve reliability of the power supply.The active PFC and phase-shifted full-bridge DC/DC convertor is used to design the rectification module, and emphatically analyze related theories and design related circuit parameters. The methods of parallel current sharing of rectification modules are introduced. The small signal model of the single full-bridge DC/DC convertor module and the multi-models are analyzed. Using the method of the maximum current automatic current sharing to design a three-loop control system of the multi-modules parallel, and accomplish simulation study of the parallel system in the Matlab. The UC3907 that is current-sharing controller is used to design the current-sharing circuit, and it realizes paralleling multi-module to compose of power supply system much more huge than one module.A digital embedded monitor is designed for the power monitoring system, presents an ARM-based design, selects PHILIPS LPC2214 chip as the core, and builds an embedded system's hardware platform. For the weaknesses of the serial communication that is general application proposing to use RTL8019AS for Ethernet access, and building an embedded hardware platform for communications networks. In order to achieve various functions of the embedded power supply monitoring system, building software platform and completing embedded operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱporting. Its main duties include the system boot codes and portable codes on the hardware platform based on the LPC2214. For applications of the power monitoring system, compiling the appropriate program based onμC/OS-Ⅱ, and completing the creation and division of tasks, and fixing task priority.
