With the development of embedded technology and industrial Ethernet, the technology of monitoring on power supply has evolved from centralized monitoring to network monitoring. The traditional communication can't adapt monitoring system to the demand of real time and accuracy in telecommunication. In order to achieve the demand of real time, reliability and intelligence, this thesis uses the technology of embedded Ethernet to research the automatic monitoring system in the power supply of radar.At the beginning of the thesis, it introduces the development of Ethernet and the comparison between Ethernet and other field buses simply, and then puts forward to the necessity of using embedded Ethernet in the monitoring system of power supply. According to the demand of system, the LPC2214 which is produced by PHILIPS is used as microcontroller and the RTL8019AS is used as Ethernet controller to achieve the communication project with the center of remote monitoring in hardware. The uC/OS-II is used as embedded operating system and LwIP is used as embedded TCP/IP protocol, both of them build embedded software platform in software. In the end, it realizes the embedded Ethernet application in monitoring system of power supply, design the idiographic applications, and safety protocol on application layer between monitoring terminal and monitoring center.
