In recent years,the popularization of 4G and 5G technologies and the development of mobile Internet technology have made the domestic mobile Internet video industry develop rapidly.Traditional video sites such as Youku Video,Tencent Video and i Qiyi Video have achieved hundreds of millions of monthly active users on the mobile phone side,and more and more users choose to watch videos on mobile terminals.With the further development of mobile Internet technology,ordinary video viewing experience has been unable to meet consumer demand.Through observation,it is found that the ability to enter comments at any time during the viewing of the program,and to share the comments with users who also watch the program,has begun to attract more and more young people 's attention,greatly enhancing the socialization during the viewing of the program Attributes,and create a more intense,"common viewing" atmosphere,this is the so-called "barrage",a new experience for users.When users watch videos on the mobile terminal,they need to input information on the video operation interface,and the video screen will output information of the common viewing user group.The operation of input and output information is completed through the barrage system of the mobile video APP.However,due to the research in the field of mobile video barrage system is still in its infancy,the existing research lacks a holistic perspective to deeply explore the user's experience i n barrage behavior,and optimizes the barrage system based on user experience research.Therefore,this article will establish a user experience model of the mobile video barrage system through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research,and derive an optimal design strategy for the barrage system.This article firstly grasps the research methods of user experience through theoretical review.Subsequently,qualitative analysis was carried out from the perspective of competitive product analysis and user interviews to study the differences between different mobile video barrage systems,and to derive factors that affect user experience.On the basis of qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis is carried out through questionnaire surveys,and t he structural analysis model(SEM)path analysis method is used to obtain the weight ratio of the three levels of user experience: instinct layer,behavior layer,and reflection layer,and establish a mobile video barrage.The system's user experience evaluation model,and the reliability of the data is verified through reliability analysis and validity analysis.Finally,based on the model,a design strategy for the video barrage system that can effectively enhance the user experience is established,and based on this strategy,practice is carried out to optimize the design of the barrage system for the Bilibili APP on the mobile terminal.This study takes the mobile video barrage system as the research object,combines the relevant research methods of user experience with the design of mobile video barrage system,conducts qualitative and quantitative research,establishes a user experience evaluation model,and expands the user experience theory in this Application and development in the field.At the same time,the article system summarizes the optimization strategy of mobile video barrage system and carries out design practice,which has certain practical reference value for the optimization design of video products.
