Warehouse location is the basis of warehouse management. Accurate access to the plane location information of storage goods can effectively improve the level of warehouse management. The warehouse goods package plane positioning technology is mainly implemented by the deployment of a large number of RFID reading and writing device or reference label in the warehouse. This method adds the additional cost and could not apply to the circumstance of some warehouse which could not deploy reference labels. The warehouse goods package plane positioning technology without reference labels will not add the extra cost and can be suitable for all kinds of scene of warehouse positioning but there is still lack of research of this technology. Therefore, in order to ensure the accuracy of positioning, it is of great practical significance to further study the technology of the warehouse goods package location without reference label.Regarded the indoor warehouse location as a research object, this paper will focus on the problem of warehouse package positioning technology without reference label. Considering the redundant characteristic of scanning data, the method of redundant data filtering will be studied. Based on these studies above, it finds the relationship between physical position and time intensity value and achieves precise positioning of warehouse package labels. The paper main research work includes:(1) The method of scanning and filtering redundant data. Though the analysis of the working characteristic of the antenna array of mobile reader, the redundant data belongs to which time ranges has been make sure. On this basis, this paper proposed the method based on dynamic time bloom filter(DTBF) to filter the redundant scanning data of package labels according to the dynamic characteristic of scanning dataset. This method will save the non-redundant data and serve as a high quality data sources for the next algorithm.(2) The time intensity model of package labels scanning data based on weighted algorithm. In order to get the time intensity values which could accurately reflect the physical location information of these bag labels, the attenuation rules of the signal strength values and the difference of non-redundant scanning data to the model are combined. The time intensity model of package labels scanning data based on weighted algorithm is proposed and the weight of different time values is determined by the idea of LANDMARC positioning algorithm. The experiment shows that the time intensity values get by this method can reflect the real physical location of package in time coordinate system than other method.(3) The package labels positioning method. In view of the shortage of the traditional fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm in warehouse package mobile positioning, we utilize the maximum distance method to choose the initial clustering center and divide the clustering center again by using Multi-clustering center division method to improve the accuracy of the algorithm. The experimental results show that the improved fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm can achieve high precision positioning of package labels.Finally, thought the utilization of these method above, the warehouse goods package plane positioning system has been designed and implemented and it also has been evaluated by the a large number of field test data. The results show that the method in this paper can effectively estimate the plane location of the packages in real warehouse.
