With the rapid development of network information technology,the market and demand for electronic high-tech new products are also increasing.For example,nearly 60% of Apple's sales revenue comes from new products launched in the past four years,and high-tech products usually take the form of OEM production.It is necessary to study how the production collaboration system composed of OEM manufacturers and contractors conduct batch collaboration to improve the overall competitiveness.In addition,in the production process of products,there is such a phenomenon.Due to the accumulation of human experience,as the cumulative production quantity increases,the time required to produce unit products is getting less and less.This phenomenon is the learning effect.The existence of the learning effect makes the manufacturing cost decrease according to a certain law,which provides conditions for enterprises to create additional value.Studying the impact of the learning curve effect on production collaboration,and considering the batch and batch issues of industrial and production collaboration in the era of learning curve effect,are very important to improve the overall competitive value of both parties and corporate management decisions.Starting from the effect of the learning curve effect on production,the paper selects the current rapid development of electronic high-tech new product OEM production as the background,and takes the production collaboration system composed of OEM manufacturers and contractors as the main research object,taking into account the actual new products.The learning curve effect in the production process on the overall cost of the production collaboration system.From the perspective of the effect of the learning curve effect on production batches,study the impact of changes in the learning curve factors on production efficiency,and build a production batch model under the influence of the learning curve effect.From the perspective of centralized decision-making,construct a multi-stage and multi-production cycle,cost model of batch production collaboration system in different scenarios.This article first considers the composition and changes of the production batch model under multiple learning cycles under the influence of the Wright learning curve and the S learning curve effect.Then on this basis,build a production collaboration system composed of single-OEM manufacturers and single contractors,and establish a cost model of the production collaboration system under three scenarios,including production collaboration scenarios that do not consider the learning curve effect,and the Wright learning curve effect.Production collaboration scenarios and production collaboration scenarios considering the effect of the S learning curve,respectively,to prove the existence of optimal solutions for the three models.Then,according to the characteristics of the model,the solution steps and algorithms are given.Simulation experiments and results analysis are performed on the three models.The impact of the number of deliveries,the number of deliveries and other related parameters on the overall cost of production collaboration is discussed and the actual management significance is analyzed..The results show that considering the learning curve effect in the production process of new products is beneficial to the decision-making and collaboration of production batches and batches.Compared with the case where the learning curve effect is not considered,considering the learning curve effect has a positive effect on the overall cost optimization of production collaboration.Among them,after considering the effect of S learning curve,the optimization of the overall cost of production collaboration is more obvious,and it is close to the actual situation of high-tech product generation and production collaboration.In the process of production collaboration,enterprises need to adopt a scientific method to measure and predict batches and other batches of production and supply and cost optimization of collaborative planning production and supply.It is necessary to consider the degree of automation of production and the accumulation of previous experience in the process of production collaboration and collaboration.Active role,and managers should reduce the loss of related production personnel,to ensure the improvement of the overall level of competitiveness.
