Research On Knowledge Production And Communication Of Internet Knowledge Collaboration Platform

As an emerging concept since the WEB 2.0 era,the knowledge collaboration platform has gradually become a major component of Internet knowledge production and dissemination.It advocates a comprehensive answer to a problem through collaborative editing by multiple people.Among them are knowledge collaboration platforms with a question-and-answer model as the core framework,such as Quora,Zhihu,Wukong Q&A and etc.There are also knowledge collaboration platforms based on an encyclopedic systemic knowledge system,such as Baidu Encyclopedia and Wikipedia.Although there are differences in the rules and methods of knowledge production,they all emphasize the"many-to-one" knowledge production model,which encourages as many users as possible to participate in the solution of a problem.At the same time,it also constructs a knowledge community suitable for itself to meet the needs of users' communication and growth.This reflects the open and efficient characteristics of Internet knowledge dissemination.Wikipedia is one of the most influential representatives of the Internet knowledge collaboration platform.This study will use Chinese Wikipedia as the main research object,with the theory of power and knowledge sociology as the main analytical theory.The literature analysis method,text analysis method,social network analysis model and comparative research method are the main analytical methods.As a typical case,the "Three Kingdoms" entry in the encyclopedia is analyzed and elaborated through the following main parts:The first part is to elaborate on the background of the problem source,the research object and content,the applied theoretical methods and the previous theoretical research results.Introduction.The second part mainly introduces the knowledge dissemination of the Internet knowledge collaboration platform.The third part analyzes the knowledge production process of Wikipedia's "Three Kingdoms" entry,and studies the advantages and problems in its knowledge production.The fourth part discusses Wikipedia's innovations and deficiencies in knowledge dissemination.This paper believes that the development of media technology is an important condition for the generation and success of knowledge collaboration platform.Wikipedia has produced fruitful results in the process of knowledge production under the new media,but in the formulation of rules and community cooperation mechanism.And there are still many flaws in the management of the website.With the impact of the "fragmentation" of knowledge and the rise of various pan-entertainment platforms,Wikipedia will face even greater challenges in the future.
