Production system is an organic system composed of various production resources,which can transform certain input into specific output through the constraint operation of production mode.Its superiority has a significant impact on the improvement of production efficiency,and often determines the competitiveness and level of enterprises.Ford assembly line,the typical representative of traditional production system,has been widely used all over the world.However,with the development of the times and the continuous change of social needs,the defects of traditional production system become increasingly prominent,such as long time-consuming,low human-computer interaction ability and weak product output.In order to improve this outstanding and intractable problem,the work sharing production system is gradually sought after by the theoretical and practical circles.The work sharing production system is a new production organization method,which requires employees to assist each other according to the relevant rules when performing tasks,so as to reduce congestion and machine waiting,and realize the "self-organization" of the production process.Compared with the traditional "other organization" production mode,this new production organization mode can effectively reduce the labor cost and improve the speed of responding to the market.It has many advantages,such as self-organization of production,low reconstruction cost,easy work sharing,good working atmosphere,rapid response to market demand fluctuation and so on.At present,the research on work sharing production system mainly focuses on production design,personnel allocation,equipment layout and other aspects,ignoring the learning and forgetting factors of employees in the production line.In production organization,employee assistance and learning forgetting complement each other.It is necessary to study employee learning forgetting and helping behavior and production process as a system.In this paper,firstly,the multi-agent modeling method is used to build the work sharing production system model;secondly,according to the relevant assumptions,the simulation model of the work sharing production line is established by using the plant simulation software of Siemens company;thirdly,taking the capacity as the objective function,aiming at two classic work sharing production lines,traveling and bucket Brigades,the productivity calculation formulas of the two production lines considering learning effect and learning forgetting effect are given respectively,and the effectiveness of the formulas is verified by simulation;then the four typical work sharing production lines of traveling,chatting overtaking,bucket brigades and cellular bucket brigades under learning effect are analyzed,This paper studies the capacity changes of four production lines under different learning rates and different processing time distributions,and uses logistic model to analyze and predict the growth rate.Finally,based on the previous part,considering the influence of learning-forgetting effect on the capacity of four typical work sharing production lines,the paper uses SPSS to analyze and predict the capacity changes of four production lines The data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA,and the effects of learning rate level and processing time distribution on the capacity and forgetting parameters of the four production lines were compared and analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows(1)The productivity calculation formulas of TR line and BB line under learning effect and learning-forgetting effect are derived respectively,and the accuracy of the mathematical formulas is verified by numerical examples and simulation models.(2)Considering the learning rate,the capacity of the four work sharing production lines is not affected by the distribution of processing time,which shows that the four production lines show strong adaptability to the change of processing time,and the capacity of TR line and CO line is the highest,followed by CBB line,and BB line is the lowest.(3)In the work sharing production line considering the learning-forgetting effect,the learning behavior of employees is directly proportional to forgetting behavior,which indicates that the employees with fast learning speed forget faster,and the employees with slow learning speed forget slower.It is found that under the learning forgetting effect,the capacity of the four work sharing production lines is not affected by the distribution of processing time,and shows strong adaptability to the change of processing time.In the production cycle,the capacity of TR line and CO line is the highest,the capacity of CBB line is the second,the capacity of BB line is the lowest,and the forgetting parameter also shows the same change.
