In recent years,with the rapid development of comprehensive urban strength and continuous improvement of the supporting service facilities,cities have gradually become one of the most important tourist destinations.Tourism brings opportunities and vitality to cities,which in turn provides the place and customers for tourism.As a fifth-generation mobile communication technology,since 5G can well meet increasing business needs through its good performance of capacity and speed,network planning and construction have been carried out all over the world.In this context,great 5G network planning is essential to provide tourists and residents excellent 5G usage experience,which has great theoretical and practical implications.The thesis is organized as follows.First,it provides a systematic introduction of the5 G wireless networks' characteristics,such as the basic principles,key technologies,network planning process,and general methods.In this section,this thesis also discusses the layout of macro and micro stations in various site planning issues.Second,based on the features of tourism cities,this thesis proposes user prediction methods to deal with the tidal effects of tourist city holidays,which replace the traditional user prediction methods of trend extrapolation.Additionally,according to the business characteristics of different scenes,the business model of tourist city sense is constructed to predict business demands.Then,in the next chapter,the planning strategies and objectives suitable for tourist cities are formulated.In order to achieve these objectives,this thesis mainly analyzes from two aspects: coverage planning and capacity planning.From the perspective of coverage planning,the area coverage radius of each scene in the tourist city is calculated through the link budge,which is used to determine the scale of the coverage site.From the perspective of capacity planning,in combination with the 5G cell throughput,the scale of the covered site is judged to whether meet the business volume requirements of the planned area.Next,a detailed study of station planning,antenna selection,and beam planning for tourist cities is carried out.Finally,by using the method mentioned above,this thesis plan a 5G wireless network in a certain area of a tourist city.The results show that planning achieves its overall objectives,verifying the feasibility of the proposed methods.This thesis contribute to the literature related to communication engineering by putting forward an innovative5 G wireless network planning method that is aimed to tourist cities.And,the research offers to guide values for 5G wireless network planning in tourist cities.
