Infrared imaging technology has the advantages of strong ability to penetrate smoke and can work for a long time,so that it has broad application prospects in military weapons,industrial production and security monitoring.However,with the rapid development of technology,for the application field,the demand for low-cost,high-sensitivity systems and high-definition infrared images is increasingly urgent.Uncooled infrared detectors are widely used in the field of industrial inspection because of their low price,small size,and no refrigeration equipment.However,due to the influence of processing technology and materials,the uncooled infrared detector has certain non-uniformity and electronic noise,which limits the imaging effect.Therefore,the use of signal processing technology to process infrared images improves the imaging effect,which not only has important theoretical significance,but also has practical value.Firstly,the thesis introduces the basic theory of uncooled infrared imaging system in detail,which mainly explains the basic characteristics of infrared radiation,infrared optical system,the structure of uncooled infrared focal plane array and three factors that affect the quality of infrared imaging.Then,this thesis builds a DSP-based hardware platform for uncooled infrared imaging system,and designs the overall architecture of CPLD + DSP + MCU.Among them,the CPLD is mainly used for image acquisition preparation and image data transmission;the DSP is mainly used for initialization,management of each hardware unit module and algorithm processing of converted radiation signal of focus plane;the MCU is mainly used to stabilize the temperature of uncooled focus plane array detection pixel at 30?.Next,this thesis studies the infrared image preprocessing non-uniformity correction technology.In view of the non-uniformity of the image,this thesis analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the visual characteristics of the human eye and two traditional non-uniformity corrections,and innovatively proposes a multi-point compression correction algorithm based on the visual characteristics of the human eye to improve the image clarity.Finally,this thesis introduces the test and analysis of infrared imaging system,studies the video processing subsystem of DSP core processor,and proposes a new type of circular software storage design,and describes the construction of hardware platform and software platform in detail,and analyzes the implementation of infrared image processing algorithms in infrared system.Based on the hardware system construction,infrared imaging technology and algorithm research,this thesis uses the imaging system to collect and process infrared images and MATLAB simulation experiments.The results show that the non-uniformity correction algorithm proposed in this thesis can reduce the non-uniformity of infrared image to less than 4%,which significantly reduces the amount of stored data and the running time of the algorithm,and improves the real-time performance of the system;the pseudo color mapping algorithm can improve the contrast and effect of infrared thermal images.
