Infrared technique is used widely in both military field and civilian field as means of finding, detecting and identifying the targets. The development of infrared focal plane arrays technique promotes the performance of infrared system. With the development of uncooled focal plane array( UFPA),the application of infrared technology is increasing .But the UFPA have the same shortcoming. If the output of the UFPA has not been dealed with, the output of the UFPA can not clearly display. So it is necessary for a good infrared thermal imaging system to look for a imaging algorithm which is appropriate to a real-time image signal processor. In this paper, the evaluating system of imaging algorithm for uncooled infrared thermal imaging system was designed.The title of this paper is The Evaluating System of Imaging algorithm for Uncooled Infare Thermal Imaging System. It details the application, status, development and imaging algorithm. The drive circuit of the UFPA and TEC circuit is designed and improved. so the drive circuit of UPFA can be miniaturized. Analog signals are sampled by AD9240 that is a high speed and parallel A/D sampling chip. And a module of communicating with the PC is designed. At last, using the software, such as Matlab etc, basing on the collecting original infrared image, the evaluation of Non-uniformity correction and imaging algorithm can be done in the PC.
