Research On The Construction Of Consulting Knowledge Base In University Library Under The Artificial Intelligence Environment

Reference consulting services have always been the core business of university libraries.Driven by computer technology,network technology,digital technology,mobile communication technology,and other technologies,traditional reference consulting services have developed into digital reference consulting,joint reference consulting,and mobile reference consulting.In the course of this development,the scope of service objects of university libraries has been continuously expanded,and the service methods have shown a trend of automation,digitalization and intelligence.In order to grasp the information demand of users more quickly,timely,effectively and accurately,and to provide users with accurate reference consulting services,university libraries have begun to establish a reference consulting knowledge base to provide resource support for the development of reference consulting services.2017 is called the first year of artificial intelligence.The artificial intelligence technology represented by big data and cloud computing has continued to mature.As in the past,new technologies are driving the revolution of libraries,and artificial intelligence has brought opportunities and challenges to the construction of reference consulting knowledge base in university libraries.Firstly,based on the theory of artificial intelligence environment and Library Consulting knowledge base,this paper discusses the goal orientation and function analysis of the construction of University Library Consulting knowledge base under the artificial intelligence environment.Then through the investigation of the current situation of the construction of University Library's consulting knowledge base,this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of University Library's consulting knowledge base in China from the aspects of basic situation,FAQ knowledge base construction,reference source knowledge base construction,expert information knowledge base construction,intelligent question answering system and chat robot construction,consulting knowledge base function analysis,etc.Then it puts forward some suggestions for the problems in the construction of the consulting knowledge base of University Library under the artificial intelligence environment.At last,the conclusion and Prospect of the research are given,and the prospect of the follow-up research is put forward on the basis of the research in this paper.
