As the number of electronic access devices increases and the magnitude expands,communication networks,especially wireless communication networks,are facing enormous challenges.On the one hand,the existing architecture can no longer meet the management and configuration requirements of the network infrastructure due to the complexity of the network topology.On the other hand,with the extensive use of information technology,the network attack technology is constantly updated,which means a single network security protection mechanism has been unable to cope with the increasingly complex security situation.The proposal of software-defined security(SDS)architecture provides new ideas for network attack detection and defense.In this paper,we propose a wireless security mechanism based on the SDS architecture.This mechanism combines cloud computing technology and artificial intelligence algorithms to achieve intelligent detection.The Software Defined Network controller is used to control the network devices and generate security policies to defend from attack automatically.Wireless access points are used as security agents to execute defense actions.This mechanism effectively makes up for the shortcomings of traditional security mechanisms,which provides a complete closed loop from detection to defense and achieves intelligent detection and automatic defense.The wireless security mechanism is deployed in a laboratory environment in the form of wireless security platform,and experimental tests are performed to verify the defense efficiency and availability.This paper further designs and implements a wireless security agent based on the cloud platform and SDN architecture.The security agent is expanded on the basis of traditional wireless access points,which performs not only as a forwarding device managed and configured by the SDN controller,but also as a security agent which collects and uploads network environment data.At the same time,this paper develops a virtual wireless attack detection system on an open source cloud platform,using algorithms to intelligently detect unknown attacks,and compares the detection results of several traditional machine learning algorithms and neural network algorithms.
