Radio frequency identification is a kind of automatic identification technology which has developed quickly in the recent years. RFID tag has many advantages, such as large data memory, long life time, strong tolerance of environment and long access distance, which can be used in many different areas, such as asset tracking, manufacturing, supply chain management, retailing, payment systems, security and access control. This thesis mainly discusses the design and implement of the control system based on the structure and process of the RFID tag package equipment.At first, the background and significance of RFID tag package equipment are introduced, the development and application of motion control technology are illuminated, the function and character of the control system of the equipment are analyzed, three doable control schemes are proposed, and the hardware is selected. Combined with each module, the control pattern of each motor is designed, the electric circuitry is planned, the human-machine interface is analyzed, the touch-screen is applied to the control system, and the function is implemented by serial-port program.Based on the equipment, the structure of servo-control system is introduced, the position control arithmetic is analyzed, the controller and tuning approach of PMAC are described; aimed at the bonding platform, a dual-feedback control system is designed, experiment and simulation prove that this controller can both improve the stability and guarantee the position precision of the system; the mathematics module of the dispensing platform and bonding platform are constructed, the control performance of the system is got by simulation and experiment, the affection caused by mechanical factors is detailedly analyzed.Finally, the development environment of the controller is introduced, the home program and emergency-stop program are designed; the interrupt-based method for the harmony of multi-controllers is proposed which improves the efficiency of the system.
