In recent years,with the continuous increase in the user demand for HD and interactive television and the continuous deepening of the “three-network integration”,the two-way integration of cable and telecommunications as well as the infiltration of the telecommunications industry and the Internet industry in the field of radio and television has gradually been realized.Especially because of the deep propulsion of Beijing Gehua cable HD interactive set-top box replacement,with the demand of the communities for HD programs and the HD set-top box replacement becoming increasingly strong,the disadvantages of the CALT cable digital television system in the field of program resources,business model,technical capabilities and other fields have begun to be shown,it is quite difficult for the original one-way passive reception of information viewing mode to meet the users' needs of programs participation and personalized program services.In the face of fierce market competition and strong user pressure,it is of great practical significance for reshaping the development advantages of the CALT cable digital television system to study the planning and implementation of the new HDTV system.Under this background,this paper intends to analyze its disadvantages based on reviewing the development and the basic information of the CA LT television system.The overall and integrant planning projects have been determined.The general principles,the main contents and the concrete measures to strengthen project process have been put forward.This paper will expound the expected effect of the project and put forward the concrete measures to ensure the project construction.
