Research On Application Of Project Management In The Construction Of Interactive Television Advertising System

Aiming at the difficulties in constructing interactive television advertising system and the problemsin the project management, to modern project management theory as the guide, with theconstruction of interactive television advertising system project management practice, this paperexpounds the application of project management theory in the construction of this project.This paper introduces the construction of interactive television advertising system projectbackground and significance, then summarizes domestic and foreign research present situation andthe basic knowledge of project management, and construction goal, influencing factors, thechallenge for interactive television advertising system construction project and the measures takenwere analyzed.Then this paper discusses the planning and design of interactive television advertising systemconstruction project, the project organization for the analysis and design, to develop a detailedproject management plan. Then the implementation is discussed in detail and the control ofinteractive television advertising system construction project, introduces the project needs analysis,project schedule planning and control, project procurement management, project test plan andcontrol, project risk management, project team management, project completion andimplementation of the project.Finally, this paper makes a brief summary of the project management in the application of researchachievements in construction of interactive television advertising system, and the lack of researchand further research direction and prospect.
