Under the influence of artificial intelligence and pattern recognition technology,natural interaction methods that are close to human communication instincts such as voice and gestures have gradually entered the public's field of vision in various aspects,and systematically developed into a natural user interface(Nature User Interface).Among them,the Voice User Interface,represented by mobile voice assistants and smart speakers,is the most mature technology for natural interactive marketization.With the low price,smart speaker products can be connected to a variety of home smart devices The voice interaction method is naturally convenient and meets the requirements of daily conversation and communication,and has become an important part of smart homes.The voice interaction method also uses smart speakers and other smart devices as carriers,and has been widely recognized and accepted by users.In the face of the rapid interaction of voice interaction,designing how to create a better interactive experience with the support of technology has gradually become a topic of focus for researchers.Based on the above background,this article mainly adopts the methods of literature research,user research,interdisciplinary and case product analysis,taking the design of voice interactive smart speaker equipment as an example,and taking emotional design theory as the main theoretical basis,through user surveys and market research Data feedback results are combined to perform user needs analysis on smart speaker tasks and emotional levels.According to the market characteristics of smart speaker products and the functional design process of voice interaction,combined with user needs,the design elements of voice interactive smart speakers at the instinct level,behavior level and reflection level are extracted and summarized.The design principle discusses how to establish emotional relationships and emotional dependence with users.From this,some design strategies and suggestions for voice interactive smart speaker products are proposed and detailed descriptions are made to improve the voice interaction of smart speaker users.Emotional psychological satisfaction in the course of use achieves the goal of perfecting the research on the emotional design theory of voice interactive products.This topic mainly conducts emotional design theory research on smart speakers carrying voice interaction,and explains the impact of new interaction technology on design.It is expected that the methods and conclusions obtained can provide theoretical reference value for the study of new natural interactive interfaces.To promote the rapid development of the voice interaction industry.
