Research Of Ai Speaker Voice Interaction Design For The Aged

Now,China has become the country with the most elderly population in the world,and it is also one of the countries with the fastest growing population aging.It is estimated that by 2025,the population aged over 60 in China will reach 300 million.The serious social problem of aging population has led to the wisdom of the aged care industry.The State Council's latest "New Generation Artificial Intelligence Development Plan" explicitly points out that providing diversified services for the elderly care industry.TmallGenie has been used in Beijing,which has attracted the aged group.This article selects the TmallGenie who have a attempt in the field of elderly care as a representative product of AI speakers,and displays research and develop on the problems existing in the interaction between aged group and their voice.First of all,it was observed that,from the process of elderly experienced on AI speaker,factors affecting interaction were wake-up words,voice characters and dialogue contents.Then through users' research,it was founded that AI speaker can satisfy elderly needs of company.Next based on such needs,analyze the dialogue patterns,select the appropriate wake-up words,and write possible dialogue statements.In AliGenie,the health assistants with different voice roles and the taxi assistant skills with different dialogue logics were designed and developed.Finally,the elderly users were tested to use the corresponding skills on the TmallGenie.The first test was to evaluate the availability of wake-up words.The second was to allow users to evaluate the corresponding voice roles from tone,tone,and trust.The three were performed separately.The degree of completion of the task and the satisfaction of the user's satisfaction evaluation dialogue logic.The conclusions of this study are:(1)The choice of wake-up words,compared with the wake-up word of “brand name”,the elderly prefer and easier to remember the wake-up word of “Hello + name”;(2)The voice role,compared to the lively and lovely children's voice character,the elderly prefer the warm and intellectual female voice character,;(3)The design of dialogue logic and the provision of structured modification options will bring greater hearing and memory burdens to the elderly,Lightweight and concise dialogues will more efficient.
