At present university education is in a very embarrassing circumstance that ability not equal to teachers'ambition; parents don't know how to educate their children; school, society, parents and teachers make education for students that is at the separate condition; school, students'parents and students have difficulty with fully communication and resultant force of education. So, a system named the platform of information interaction among school, students and parents is designed and implemented to augment the medium of school internal connect channel and foreign communication pipelines. The core technologies and advanced ideas of voice interaction, short message interaction and web interaction are integrated in the system. The platform delves into analogous systems and derives experiences from them, and contains collection telephone, automatic pronunciation, short message, WEB etc. The system provide a kind of platform service effectively, convenient, prompt, user friendly for the society, the school, the student and the parents; furthermore, many kinds of communication method are integrative used for education in the system.Based on communication network, system can be divided into three major parts. The first part is the voice interactive part (PSTN network) taking voice board card (D161A simulation voice card), the user module, the trunk module of Donjin Communication Tech Company Limited as its hardware foundation. The second part is the short message interactive part (GSM network) taking GSM/GPRS Modem (Wavecom M1206 GSM Modem) as its hardware foundation. The last part is the WEB interactive part (Internet network). Based on role, the system contains four types of personnel: student, student's parents, manager and counselor. Based on architecture, the system including 7 layers: alternating layer, hardware drive layer, analytic sheaf, control layer, processing layer, supporting layer, generalized analysis layer; furthermore, each layer, time slice rotation technology and the dynamic configuration technology of flow control have made the detailed description, simultaneously provides the reference model for the similar education platform development.The article first narrated topic research background and significance, main purpose and content of the topic research, and organizational structure of the paper; next, correlative technologies, system user role, functional design, design principle, design thought, research technique, development environment and configuration, database design are analyzed and described; then, each functional module of system is designed and realized, detailed design and implementation of flow control dynamic configuration technology and voice interactive partial are elaborated importantly; finally, system realization situation is summarized and prospect of application is also described in the paper.
