The wireless optical communication network(OWCN)is highly atmospheric dependent system due to its optical nature and disturbing environmental conditions between two transceiver nodes which directly affect the performance of the communication. The power loss of signal experienced in this scenario has close relation with particles present in the atmosphere which further results to degrade the quality of communication. This research seeks to investigate the behavior of multi-channel optical network under wireless environment and the interaction of optical beam with particles available in different atmospheric weather situations. This study is focused to analyze the multiple wavelengths, signal power and characteristics of optics which usually used to build an optical conventional network.Operating wavelengths and optical parameters are analyzed to estimate the optimal beam for various erratic properties of environment as different climate have different impact on the optical nature of signal.Multi-channel technique is analyzed to observe the effect of attenuation under various climate classes and multiple atmospheric models are used to estimate the turbulence caused by environment.Fog models are evaluated in detail as it has the worst impact on optical signal and the behavior of optical amplifier is also examined under this multi-channel technique.Single optical source is fragmented to replicate the light signal on multiple channels which results to ensure the possibility of reception for every single corrupted bit and it reduces the attenuation effect as well.Furthermore, this study includes the analysis of beam divergence and transceiver aperture variation in terms of bit error rate(BER)and comparison of proposed scheme of optical network with the conventional link. The results are described in terms of received power, signal to Noise ratio(SNR),link margin and quality factor.
