Solar radio observation is meaningful for solar activity research and space weather monitor.MUSER(Mingantu Spectral Radioheliograph)is a solar radio observe device based on the principle of synthesis aperture imaging,which plays a key role in the domain of solar radio research.Correlator is the key part of MUSER system,and the source of correlation data.The improve of its performance will cause an increasing of data volume,and the data output rate could up to 3GB/s.Such high speed of output data rate will bring a huge challenge to data process and store,so it's necessary to implement a high-speed real-time pipeline to deal with data and to reduce data volume.Powerful computing and parallel processing capability of GPU and development of multithreading technology provide the theoretical and practical basis of the designation of high speed real-time correlation data process pipeline.With this,this thesis build a high speed data process pipeline framework working on Linux system by C/C++.It abstracts the pipeline structure,weakens and encapsulates the data type,and takes frame as the smallest unit of data processing in the framework,which can effectively process the same and heterogeneous data.Based on this framework,this paper implements a high-speed real-time processing pipeline for RFI detection and bandwidth synthesis,which is used for the real-time RFI(radio frequency interaction)detection and bandwidth synthesis of high-speed correlated data of uMUSER 8-channel correlator,it effectively achieves highspeed real-time processing and reduction of relevant data.Meanwhile,based on this framework,the offline MUSER data analysis pipeline is designed and implemented,which effectively improves the efficiency of muser offline data analysis and processing.This paper focuses on the implementation of uMUSER pipeline,combines the advantages of multithreading technology and GPU parallel operation,realizes the realtime processing of high-speed correlation data,and provides the corresponding data interface,so that developers can effectively process the data.At the same time,the uMUSER pipeline framework has good expansibility.Developers can effectively implement the corresponding pipeline with the help of the framework.
