China is one of the countries most seriously affected by natural disasters in the world.Natural disasters with many k:inds and high frequency are testing our emergency system with high intensity.Emergency logistics,as the key link of the emergency system,supports and restricts the success of the emergency system.Practice shows that China's emergency logistics system has been fully studied in network communication,facility location,material dispatch,trunk transportation and other aspects,while there are some deficiencies in the attention of the underlying services of the emergency system,especially in the underlying data aggregation.In this thesis,relying on the special sub-project "Research on Integrated Command and Dispatch Technology and Five-span Integrated Command and Dispatch Information Platform" of the Ministry of Science and Technology,the problem of data aggregation in the construction of information platform is studied,and a data aggregation system for emergency logistics is designed and implemented.The system provides a multi-aggregation method to aggregate data from external information systems,and then transforms the data at the structural and semantic levels.Finally,it stores massive data in large data sets and realizes the whole process of"data aggregation-data cleaning-data conversion-data storage".This thesis begins with the emergency logistics system,introduces its development and current situation at home and abroad;then describes the related technical background of the system;then introduces the demand analysis of the system,which is divided into functional requirements and non-functional requirements;Then the overall system is designed and divided into subsystems and functional modules,focusing on data'aggregation,data semantic level transformation and traceability and monitoring of system operation for external systems;then the details and processes of each module are introduced according to the system structure;Finally,the test of the system is introduced,and all the test items are passed,which meets the requirements of demand analysis.
