The Research Of Data Quality Based On National Environmental Radiation Monitoring Database System

As nowadays increasing degree of social information, a large number of information systems which have huge amounts of data information been widely used in different fields。In order to make these information systems support and organize work effectively and reliable, the systems have to reflect the information of the real world accurately. However, information duplication, information deletion, information inconsistencies and other problems are existed in real implementation of the system, and information quality problem has becoming prominent, which absorbed great importance of concerns of the academic and business circles and government departments.Now, with the adjustment of China's energy structure, active development of nuclear power has become national policy, the safe operation of nuclear power and radiation environment monitoring increasingly attracted national attention, information technology nuclear power industry has made great development。Compared with other areas,in the nuclear power industry,it's particularly important for data quality of nuclear power system which can be ensure to minimize the national and people's lives and property damage and to make the right decisions while in the process of accident emergency situation and nuclear terrorism. However, in China's nuclear power industry, there do existed problems of data quality in the process of data monitoring and management. And all this problems brought inconveniences to daily management and decision-making of the State Environmental Protection Department and the operation of nuclear facilities.State Environmental Protection Department in 2008 launched a "national radiation environment monitoring database" with the aim to fully grasp the dynamics of the radiation environment monitoring data, the national radiation background data, the national natural radioactive background data, to establish an effective quality assurance system for the conduct of state in the accident and emergency incident assessment, and to provide an effective basis for decision-making data for the Department of Environmental Protection Command to provide the technical basis. Events due to nuclear terrorism and nuclear accident emergency always have terrible reflection and harm response, and therefore it's not allowed the slightest deviation occurs, the data requirements for the system are particularly high. "National natural radioactive background investigation" as a " sub-database of "national radiation environment monitoring database", it provides data of natural background, the data quality is even more significant.The improving of data quality of "National natural radioactive background investigation " database do not only have the direct role of the decision support function of"Disposal of nuclear terrorist attack on Environment and Emergency Response" project., but also good for the research of data quality widely used in nuclear power related areas. The field of information nuclear power needs high quality data to ensure the country people's property.
