The archives of the Ming Dynasty were destroyed seriously because of the war and the corruption of the ruling group.As a result,the archives of the Ming Dynasty which still exist today are very few and precious.They are mainly stored in the First Historical Archives of China and Liaoning Provincial Archives.For a long time,Due to the small number of Ming Dynasty archives and incomplete,the research and utilization of Ming Dynasty archives in domestic academia is quite inadequate.At present,there are few achievements in the research of Ming Dynasty archives in Liaoning Provincial Archives in domestic academia,and there is no systematic research on the documents in Ming Dynasty archives in Liaoning Provincial Archives.Based on the blank of this research,this paper systematically discusses the document types contained in Ming Dynasty archives in Liaoning Provincial Archives from the perspective of archival science.There are a lot of official documents of Ming Dynasty in the existing archives of Liaoning Provincial Archives,such as the correspondence documents between government and government.This paper takes the archives of Ming Dynasty collected by Liaoning Provincial Archives as the original materials,and makes use of various historical documents to explore the types of official documents in Liaoning Archives comprehensively from the perspective of archival science and documentary science.Based on the quantitative statistics of the official documents involved in the existing archives of Liaoning Provincial Archives,this paper divides the article into five parts(except the introduction).The first part is an overview of official documents,which comprehensively and comprehensively expounds the documents involved in the Ming Dynasty archives in Liaoning Provincial Archives according to the direction of writing.The second to the fifth part,focusing on the application of a wide number of documents.The second part discusses the largest number of submissions,comprehensively explores the meaning,scope of use,function,and format of submissions in the Ming Dynasty,and analyzes the shortcomings of stiffness and complexity in its style and structure.The third part is to analyze the application similar to the submission,including its meaning,scope of use,function,format,later evolution and comparison with the submission.The fourth part mainly discusses the meaning evolution,writing format and functions of the letterboard in the Ming Dynasty.The fifth part is the collection of documents containing the indictment document analysis,including its meaning,style,writing requirements and the writing of the private agent.
