The archives are the product of historical civilization and also the records of people's social practices such as production or political and scientific and cultural activities.In order to give full play to the role of archives and realize the use value of archives,it is necessary to manage archives scientifically,so the date of the birth of the archives will be accompanied by the corresponding archival work.The archival work is a scientific management of the work-in order to realize the coordination and unification of each link of archival work,some archives management measures should be taken.With the rapid development of archival work,simple management work and easy management methods began to show a systematic institutionalization trend,and gradually formed a complete archives management system throughout the archival work.In ancient China,each dynasty had its own archives and archival work,thus it aslo had its own archives management system,and these systems are an important part of the state management system.The Ming Dynasty was an important period for the development of archives in ancient China.The rulers attach great importance to archival work,vigorously collect archives and maps,increase the number of archives in the Ming Dynasty;pour human and financial resources to build a large number of archives warehouses,develop archives institutions;formulate the document file management system and incorporate it into the national administrative management system to improve administrative efficiency;and the promulgation of laws and regulations to ensure the implementation of archival work standards,formed a series of complete archives management system.The research on the archives management system of Ming Dynasty is a part of the research on the archives management system of ancient China.It is also an important part of the study of Chinese archives history,with academic theoretical and practical significance.However,at present,the research on the archives management system of the Ming Dynasty in the archives industry is mainly reflected in the general overview of the archives management system of the Ming Dynasty,the research on the management system of a specific type of archives,and the research on the construction of archives warehouses and so on.There are few specific studies on the archives management system of Ming Dynasty.Therefore,the research on the archives management system of the Ming Dynasty has enriched the study of Chinese archives history,enhanced the charam of Chinese archival history,and played an positive role in learning and drawing lessons from the excellent archives management practice experience of the Ming Dynasty.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research purpose,research significance,research content,research status at home and abroad,research methods,research ideas and innovation points and characteristics of this paper,and builds a framework for the following specific research.The second part gives an overview of the archival work in the Ming Dynasty,including the specific types of archives,the establishment of archives institutions and officials,and the specific analysis of the establishment of archives institutions and officials from the central and local aspects.The third part elaborates the archives management system of Ming Dynasty,including document writing system,document paper system,document printing system,ticket approval system,yellow paste system,archives collection system,archives arrangement system,archives keeping system and so on.The fourth part reviews the archives management system of the Ming Dynasty,on the basis of the specific elaboration of the archives management system of the Ming Dynasty,from the characteristic,evaluation,function and revelation of modern four aspects to dig deeper into the Ming Dynasty archives management system.Main purpose is to the Ming Dynasty archives management system to conduct a comprehensive system of analysis,from the perspective of strengthening the importance of archives,standardizing the format of archives,accelerate the process of archives management legalization,pay attention to the development and utilization of archives four level to analyze Ming Dynasty archives management system of modern revelation.
