Nowadays,with the rapid development of industrial technology and the gradual deepening of the industrial revolution,manufacturing industry is gradually developing towards the direction of automation,intelligence,miniaturization and embeddedness.In the industrial manufacturing process,not only automatic production,but also automated test system is reqired to ensure the basic operation,quality and performance of products.The use of automated test system can largely replace traditional manual test,which is of great significance for improving the production and testing efficiency of products.For an optical cable detector,especially its signal source equiment,this article designs an autonated test system.It includes a PC host computer and an automated test platform.The main content of this article includes the design and implementation of the system's automated test platform,the formulation of the system communication protocol and the verification of the system functions.The design and implementation of the automated test platform covers both hardware and software.In the hardware part,a suitable hardware platform was selected and multiple functional module circuits were designed with the platform as the core.They provide a hardware foundation for automated testing of the system.In the software part,a multi-task real-time operating system was transplanted,test related system tasks were created,driver and task functions were designed.In addition,to ensure effective communication between the test system and the device under test,a communication protocol was designed,which provided protocol support for the automated test system.Finally,according to the actual situation,a detailed system test plan was designed to verify the various functions of the system.The automated test system of the signal source equipment of the optical cable detector designed in this article has perfect hardware interfaces and rich software resources,and can achieve basic functions.It is a prototype of this test system and has good scalability.Subsequent updates can be added on this basis.This system will play a vital role in the production of the signal source of the optical cable detector in the future,which can improve the production efficiency of the signal source equipment and has certain practical value.At the same time,it also provides a system design model for the automated testing of the production of optical cable detector receiving equipment and a system design model for the production testing of other optical cable detection equipment,which has certain reference value.
