| DSLAM can support video,voice and high speed internet, those of them was called Triple-Play, Testing technology of DSLAM in large extent depends on understanding of tester for network protocol and theory of implement of product. A great lot of fussy testing work occupied much more time and energy of tester, so it is urging need to develop a cover testing tool for ease tester's repetition working and liberate them from dead formula testing work, then paying more attention to prepare of testing strategy and design of testing plan.This thesis introduce one automation test software which contains many functions by analyzing a DSLAM automation test software in a company, it has below characteristic: GUI help tester to compile test case and watch test result directly; tester also can remote connect DSLAM to configure machine environment and validate test result by SSH or Telnet mode; integrating functions of many test software, including Abacus,N2X,TestCener,Smartbits; using one thread to execute Tcl file; showing real time test result; recording detail test result in local machine for future analyze, also can used in other machine for repetition test; with help of cross-platform of Java and Tcl, implementing characteristic of this software; using database store test cases, so others also can use them; real time showing CPU and memory usage of DSLAM. |
