In the modern radar defense system, there are many types, numbers and maneuverability of detected targets, which bring serious challenges to radar target tracking. In the multi-target tracking process, the target motion parameters change in real time, and the threat level of the target is different. In order to maintain continuous and stable tracking of multiple targets, the radar system needs to be able to allocate beam resources in real time and scientifically. In this paper, the beam scheduling for radar multi-target tracking is studied in depth. The main research work includes the following three aspects:1.The evaluation method of target threat degree is studied, and a target threat evaluation model is established.First, the BP network is improved based on the hybrid genetic particle swarm optimization algorithm according to the target motion state.Using the motion state information and target threat degree as the input and output of the neural network, the target threat evaluation model is established. Finally, the algorithm schedules the beam according to the size of the threat, and uses the execution threat rate to measure the effect of the beam scheduling. The simulation results show that the model has higher prediction accuracy and can accurately achieve target threat assessment.2.In order to allocate the radar beam resources reasonably,a networked radar resource allocation algorithm based on passive sensor cooperation is presented in this paper under the condition of limited radar power resources. This algorithm uses passive sensors to track targets first, and compares the predicted covariance of the target with the covariance threshold.Radar tracking is used for targets that are larger than the threshold value. At the same time, the target to be tracked is allocated to the radar adaptively according to the target's threat level to each radar, and the trace of the lower Bayesian Kramero boundary is used as the cost function. The model is built and solved to predict the optimal power allocation for each radar. The simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively optimize the radar resource configuration while guaranteeing the tracking performance.3.In this paper, from the angle of radar radio frequency stealth, the beam scheduling method for multi-radar tracking multi-target is studied.By analyzing the factors that affect the Radar Intercept probability, the target is to minimize the current intercept probability of the radar system based on the tracking status of the previous moment.Beam dwell time and transmission power are optimized to allocate beam resources adaptively. The simulation results show that, compared with the average radiation power method, the algorithm can effectively improve the radio frequency stealth performance of the radar system.
