Research And Development Of Enterprise Intelligent Communication System

With the popularization of mobile phones and the wide application of Internet technology in various fields,the demand of telephone service in enterprises is increasing,and the ways of making calls are increasing.How to manage the enterprise communication efficiently has become the key of the development of enterprises.At present,the information facilities adopted by most enterprises lack the support of intelligent communication ability.However,the way by adopting the current mainstream technology schemes to add intelligent communication ability to CRM,ERP,OA and other systems requires a large amount of transformation costs,therefore a low-cost and high-efficiency enterprise intelligent communication plan is urgently needed.This research analyzes the requirements of existing enterprise communication management.Based on Hibernate relational mapping framework,Spring MVC development framework,Bootstrap and Angular JS front-end framework,an enterprise intelligent communication management system integrating mobile phone,PC client and Web management system is designed and realized.Through browser plugin,character recognition,Excel plug-in,and hook technology to achieve double-click on the number to call,it integrates the landline/mobile phone/VOIP Internet phone three forms of communication.Multiterminal information fusion and communication management is also supported,as well as phone number statistics and other common intelligent communication function.It includes five function modules,such as login registration,call management,enterprise information management,internal address book management,and data management.This research supervises employee's communicate by telephone through Web,and complete the speed dial and call management through PC and mobile terminal.It solved the problem which is the tedious manual dialing,the segmentation of communication methods and the integration management of communication information.It is convenient for communications management,and improves the efficiency of communication,and it reduces the management cost,and provides a set of practical intelligence communication solutions to enterprises.
