Research On The Latency Management In Auto-Dialing System Based On IP Network Management

With the high speed development of communication technology and the extension of communication market, More and more highly complex equipment are on the internet and more new services are applied ,which lead to more workload and more cost that operator take to manage and maintenance the network. In order to improve the level of network management and support new services better and monitor the status of network better and improve the efficiency of network maintenance and improve service quality and low operating cost, operator need the united network management system more and more impendent.The development of Object-Oriented technology and distributed computing, especially the fast growing of Java and J2EE framework, promote the implementation of distributed network management. So, the IP network management technology based on J2EE is the trend of future development. To meet the need of market, we design and develop this network management system.Auto-dialing service is a new demand of IP network management. It replaces the traditional manual mode of network monitoring. It is more flexible, exact and efficiency. Originally latency management is a function module of auto-dialing service. But for it's extensive of application and independent of designation, it can also be an independent module to apply in other system. So this paper mainly discusses the latency module, also introduces auto-dialing service simply.The contribution of this paper is:1. analyses J2EE Architecture and network management system in detail, and particularly introduce the three different type of network management system, then analyze and compare between TMN and IP network management system in detail which are mainly in current market;2. brings forward IP integrate network management system based on J2EE architecture, and analyzes and researches on the feasibility of the system in detail;3. designs and realizes the IP integrate network management system, and mainly introduces the design and realization of latency module.The system has run very well since the day it was first used.
