The Design And Implementation Of The Comprehensive Business Automatic Dialing System Of China Telecom

With the rapid development of telecommunication network and its application, companies face an increasingly competitive marketplace. Telecom operators must ensure and improve the service capability and service quality of the voice quality on phone calls, internet service, ITV service and so on to improve customer satisfaction and user perception. Business dialing the user simulation testing for the new telecommunication services to assess the software version-up and new business or products to be on line whether each business can work properly in order to ensure the reliability of the relevant business. The traditional test mode mainly relies on manual implementation, its reliability and controllability, reliability and low efficiency, high cost and poor real-time. Unable to meet the current situation of network technology, the rapid expansion of the size of the complex, the rapid growing requirement of service requirement.The main task of this project is to design and build the automatic test system of telecommunication integrated services to integrated common service dialing function of telecommunication network in a platform. Make the main service of Telecom to be synthesization, automatic, real time and standard. Guarantee and improve the testing work's reliability, reliability, controllability, high efficiency and low costing. The main work of this dissertation:(1) Through on-the-spot investigation to determine system requirements analysis in detail. on the basis of fully understanding of the automatic testing system to make the analysis and identify the requirements of system.(2) Complete system design, including: system architecture, operation platform, business logic design, function module, system interface and database logic design, etc.(3)Detailed design and optimization of the system, including: business measurement process, function module design, database design, etc.(4)Participate in the coding implementation of the system function module, organize the system testing, implementation and deployment, and organize the technical documentation.At present, the system has been put into practice. According to the existing literature retrieval, application system which similar to this system has not been found.
