The boarding bridge department,as the key of airport operation,providing the service for the normal operation of the airport through completing the docking between the aircraft and the bridge.In recent years,the department is facing a sharp increase in the number of flights and information,higher requirements of service quality and the requirements of automation and information management.Its traditional management and scheduling mode has been unable to meet the needs of the transformation and development at this stage.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the business process of the department,so as to improve work efficiency,service quality and save operation cost.Process optimization starts with the current situation of the Department's business process,and makes a detailed understanding of it and draws the corresponding flow chart.According to the method of ASME analysis table,the current process are qualitatively classified and analyzed,and the steps to be optimized such as repetition,ineffectiveness are discovered through analysis.Using fishbone diagram,the paper analyzes the reasons that affect the work efficiency of bridge hand from three aspects: personnel,information and management.Then,the steps that need to be optimized are cleared,simplified,integrated and automated through the ESIA process optimization method combined the intelligent scheduling based on improved genetic algorithm.Finally,the system structure and function modules are designed according to the user requirements and optimized business process,and the system is developed by using the prototype method to realize the solidification of the optimized process.By testing the function and evaluating the effect of the system after process optimization,we find that the use of the system can avoid some hidden dangers in the traditional working mode of the department,realize the improvement of the working efficiency of the staff,save the labor cost,etc.It has achieved the optimization goal,providing new ideas and means for the scheduling and management of operators and important technical support for the construction and development of smart airport,which has important practical significance.
