With the development of Gannan Navel Orange brand in the market,its brand value continues to improve,but accompanied by the problems are increasingly intensified.In the pursuit of short-term benefits,fruit farmers overuse pesticides and fertilizers,and unruly manufacturers buy inferior navel oranges and pass them off as Gannan navel oranges,which affects the reputation of Gannan navel oranges,affects economic benefits,and may cause more serious food safety problems,endangering the lives of consumers.For this reason,data should be recorded at all stages of the supply chain of Gannan navel orange.In case of quality problems,accountability can be carried out according to the supply chain data,so as to drive participants in the supply chain to comply with market regulations,protect people's lives and maintain the brand image of Gannan navel orange.Therefore,it is of great significance to construct a supply chain traceability system of navel orange in southern Jiangxi with reliable data.In order to ensure the credibility of the traceability data,blockchain technology is applied to the traceability scenario.Blockchain technology can guarantee the authenticity of traceable data and prevent data from being tampered with.This article chose from several block chain platform performance excellent Hyperledger Sawtooth structures,gannan navel oranges traceability supply chain platform,the data records related to the intelligent development supply chain contracts,realize the trading function,combined with GS1 standard coding system build status database,using the correlation between coding,build traceability chain,achieve the goal of gannan navel oranges supply chain traceability.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Discuss and analyze the domestic and foreign research on supply chain traceability.Summarize the main work contents of these studies and draw lessons from the key theories and technologies.(2)Research on blockchain and other related technologies.This paper studies the structural characteristics of block and block chain,and analyzes the characteristics of block chain;PBFT and POET consensus algorithms are studied,and the consensus process and characteristics of the two algorithms are analyzed.Docker container technology was studied and applied in the project.(3)Research and application of Hyperledger Sawtooth framework.In this paper,the Hyperledger Sawtooth framework is systematically studied,the basic characteristics of the framework are analyzed,the role of each component in the framework,the working mechanism of each module and the process of transaction scheduling are introduced.The transaction data structure of Sawtooth framework is analyzed and discussed,and the State data storage structure is described in detail.Finally,it is applied cleverly in the design and development of the system.(4)Design and development of Gannan navel orange supply chain traceability platform.Framework of this article is based on Hyperledger Sawtooth,introduce GS1 standard coding system,according to the framework of application development requirements,according to the scene of gannan navel oranges traceability supply chain,the design and development based on Hyperledger Sawtooth gannan navel oranges traceability supply chain platform,mainly including the client and the transaction processor as well as the data model of design and development.Finally,Docker technology is used to deploy and test the system.
