Research On Ethical Risk Of Intelligent Communication And Its Avoiding Countermeasure

With the rapid development of technologies such as the Internet,the Internet of Things,and big data,artificial intelligence has gradually penetrated all areas of social life,and its performance in the information communication industry is particularly prominent.The deep integration of artificial intelligence and information dissemination has spawned a new dissemination form of intelligent dissemination,which has led to a tremendous change in the format of journalism and communication.It provides convenience and entertainment for people but also brings ethical risks that cannot be ignored.This article regards intelligent communication as a whole,and defines the concept and application scope of intelligent communication through its technical essence.On the basis of clarifying the core concepts of risk,ethics and ethical risk,combined with the development status of intelligent communication,the general characteristics of ethical risk of intelligent communication are summarized.Through the analysis of the case data,this article summarized the ethical risks of intelligent information services,algorithm recommendations,privacy concerns,information addiction,lack of news value,and human alienation that may be brought about by VR news.Starting from the performance of the above risks,combined with the essential connotation of ethical risks,it is demonstrated that the direct cause of intelligent communication ethical risks is the accumulation of various uncertain factors,including uncertain boundaries,uncertain mechanisms and uncertain risk evolution The fundamental reason lies in the imbalance of human-machine relationship in the era of intelligent communication.This also confirms from the side that the key to dealing with the ethical risks of intelligent communication is to reduce uncertainty and adjust the human-machine relationship in the era of intelligent communication.Different from previous studies,this paper has achieved a breakthrough in the research of intelligent communication ethics from recognition to practice,using a systematic analysis method to build an intelligent communication ethics system based on human interests.According to the macro,medium and micro "three views" of engineering ethics,the intelligent communication ethics system is divided into three-layer pyramid structure,and the ethical levels from high to low are the basic value goal,industry development guidelines and professional behavior norms.The ethical system runs along the chain of intelligent information dissemination,covering all application scenarios from intelligent perception to intelligent output,achieving technical operability.In addition,based on the European and American regulatory experience and the current status of China's intelligent communication regulation,this article proposes that it should conduct a holistic system design from the three levels of law,regulation and self-regulation convention,aiming to minimize the uncertainty of the mechanism.Finally,based on the fundamental concept of people-oriented,this article calls on human beings to use communicative actions to resolve the conflict between tool rationality and value rationality.Enterprises,government,media,and users should all use their own subjectivity,carry out industry dialogues and self-dialogues,handle human-machine relationships on the basis of social interaction,and actively respond to the ethical risks of intelligent communication in a more calm manner.
