With the advancement of power system intelligence,the power communication network,which is one of the three pillars of safe and stable operation of the power grid,is playing an increasingly important role in the power system.The safe operation and reliable data transmission of the power communication network directly affects the orderly development of power safety production business,and will have a profound impact on the efficient use of power system resources.For this reason,the thesis based on historical operating statistical data for multi-service risk assessment of the power communication networks has important theoretical significance and practical value.This paper analyzes the annual statistical data of a certain province's power communication network,and summarizes the distribution and business characteristics of the main bearer services in power communication network,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of various existing risk assessment algorithms.A multi-service risk assessment model for the power communication networks based on historical operating statistics is proposed.This model can effectively solve the multi-level business mixed risk value of the combination of different network units when multiple network units fail in the network topology.This overcomes the shortcomings of existing algorithms that can only perform risk assessments for first-order services.Then,considering the business type,number of services,business importance,and the bearing relationship between the service and the network unit in the power communication network,a calculation method for business risk is proposed.In the calculation of business risk,in order to highlight the unique attributes of the power communication network business,a business importance calculation model based on business performance indicators was used.The model calculates the importance of the business based on the unique performance indicators of the power communication network,and overcomes the shortcomings that are not objective enough when solving the business importance.Finally,based on the actual operating statistics and network topology of a province,the node risk value and link risk value of the province's network topology were calculated,and calculated the value of risk for different businesses through the business risk calculation model and the business importance calculation model based on business performance indicators.The above results are further substituted into the multi-service risk assessment model of the power communication network based on historical operating data,and the multi-level service mixed risk of each network node and link is solved by Matlab to verify the feasibility of the algorithm proposed in this paper.The results of this paper can provide scientific advice for maintenance planning and routing optimization of the power communication network,thereby reducing the probability of risk in the power communication network.
