With the sustained and rapid development of China's economy,the pressure on taxation work is also growing.Although e-tax,mobile tax and other methods provide great convenience,there are still a large number of taxpayers go directly to the Tax Service Office to handle tax-related matters for better taxation experience and other reasons.In this case,the window resources of the Tax Service Office are limited,and the number of windows cannot be increased in a short time.Therefore,the contradiction between the taxpayer's tax demand and tax service resources is gradually reflected.The tax queuing system is an important link between the taxpayer and the Office.It is responsible for improving the operational efficiency of the Office and improving the satisfaction of taxpayers.From the perspective of a grass-roots tax service office,this thesis will start from the objective needs,and will fully study the application status of the domestic tax queuing system through the literature review.There is very little research on scheduling procedure for the tax queuing system.However,the scheduling program is the core of the system.It is the key to improve the overall operational efficiency,therefore the design idea is to use the FCFS,SJF,HRRF and HPF algorithms comprehensively,and through configuring threshold values,the system can automatically switch scheduling algorithms in different states,thus realizing the management objectives.This thesis take the author's working Tax Service Office as an object to research and practice,and will also fully consider the system's scalability and versatility.It will have a certain promotion and application value.Firstly,this thesis will analyze the background and research status of the tax queuing system,and will propose the purpose and significance of the research.Secondly,the related technologies and algorithms used in the paper will be introduced first,and then the detailed system requirements analysis will be carried out.Thirdly,based on the system requirements,this thesis will propose the construction objectives,design ideas and specific design plans,including architecture design,database design,functional module design,and algorithm design.Finally,the software engineering development achieves the system's various functions,and the tax queuing system completes the relevant tests.Experiments show that the main functions of the system achieve the expected goals,the core algorithm performance is good,compared with a single algorithm to effectively improve the efficiency and tax experience.
