This book narrates the history and present situation of which the computer used in taxation collection and management in our country and other countries and the need of the taxation checking system in the more and more complicated situation of the taxation checking. The amount of the taxation checking files is big and it covers all kinds of taxation laws and need criterion. We can use computer to improve the taxation checking efficiency and avoid human the interference .The functions of old taxation checking system can not satisfy the daily work. The taxation files are only made by hands. The mission of the essay is to investgated how to make the taxation checking files and document automatically.The process of the taxation checking are divided into four parts: selecting cases, carrying out the checking,inquisition,implement. The collection of relating information are divided into two parts: basic information and information arised from taxation checking process. The information in the system flows in one direction according to the above said four parts.The taxation checking system adopts MS Windows NT 4.0,MS SQL Server6.5 and Client/Server, the security and extension of the system are better. The client end adopts Chinese Windows98. The modules of the system are case-selecting module and files-management module. The case-selecting module can use many kinds of ways to select the tax-payer to check, including : not-declaring ,continuous not-declaring,zero-declaring ,the automatic analysis of taxation factors,integrated selection and the same period index contrast and so on. The files-management module can classify tax-payer's illegal ways and make out different modules about the illegal cases in order to write out taxation checking reports inquisiton reports ,checking conclusion,taxation transaction decision,performance report automatically . The taxation checking system adopts PowerBuilder6.5 as developing tool and the program method to the users and make the full use of the traits of system object & function and inheritance and encapsulation which PowerBuilder affords, so it decreases the quantity and difficulty of programming.
