During the 13 th Five Year Plan period,the Ministry of culture clearly proposed to build an interconnected public digital culture service network,build a public digital culture resource pool and strengthen resource protection.In such an environment,the development of traditional museums has also begun to find a point of convergence between history,and gradually transformed into a smart Museum.In order to strengthen the participation of the public and carry out personalized and humanized services,the museum has gradually joined the digital concept in the publicity and display.With the support of modern electronic products with mobile media as an important carrier,it promotes the dissemination of information,optimizes the experience of the audience,and provides a multi-functional display platform for the public.Mobile phones,computers,tablet computers and multimedia interactive devices,as important information media and carriers of digital technology,not only make the exhibition promotion of the museum obtain breakthrough progress,but also gradually change people's viewing mode,making their experience more humanized and emotional.But at the same time,it also faces many bottlenecks.At present,most of the museum Internet products lack of early research,pay less attention to user experience,and can not meet the needs of different groups of users.Secondly,most of the pavilions have not realized the importance of promotion,so that most of the products are still in a tepid state,which has little effect on assisting the museum to perform the functions of traditional culture penetration and history education for the public.Based on user experience,this paper will make a detailed analysis and Research on the Internet product design of museums,explore the application possibility of Internet product design in the field of digital innovation of museums by combining psychology,communication,ergonomics and other discipline theories,and finally come to the design strategy of improving the user experience of Internet products of museums,so as to promote the digital cause of museums in the future,The sustainable development process can also provides new theoretical basis and case reference.
