Company A specializes in the printing of art books,the unique color management technology makes it established a long-term relationship between museum,gallery and auction company.In recent years,company A has also been affected by the business shrinking of the traditional printing industry.It becomes one of the options that looking for a new product strategy for company A to break the limits of business development.Digital museum products not only keeps company A in the deep cooperation with the museum's customers,but also fits with future development of the museum.This article investigates and analyzes the product function factors of the 4 famous museums abroad,Google's "Art Project" websites and the products of the mobile digital museums firstly,next collects and summarizes the present situation of 46 first class museums domestic in building digital museum products and the product function factors of the digital museum products.Obtain the digital museum product function factors' initial table combining foreign and domestic digital museum product function factors.There are 29 product functions factors in the table,distributed among 5 functions(Note: product function factors is the subproject that the product function cannot be broken up).Then,verify the product function factors in the initial table whether correct and comprehensive or not through user interviews,after updating the project,get the correction table of digital museum product function factors.Finally,design questionnaire for each product function factor in the correction table using 2 dimensional attribute theory of Kano model.After a summary,calculate the per capita demand weight of each product function factor,user acceptance,Better-Worse coefficient,then determine Kano classification of 29 product function factors.After average calculation and special reasons analysis,get the conclusion: in the 5 functions of the digital museum products,4 items' average per capita demand weight and average user acceptance above total average.So suggest that the 4 functions can be consider as the principal online function of digital museum products from Company A.Finally,put forward the design strategy of company A's digital museum products by using the user experience's five-factor theory.
