With the rapid and stable development of China's market economy,modern logistics has played a very important role in economic development.The application of mobile Internet has brought China's logistics industry into a new stage of transformation and upgrading.Highway logistics is the most important logistics mode.There are many problems such as low transport efficiency,slow capacity deployment,and insufficient security guarantees.A lot of time is wasted in the process of waiting for and distributing goods,also increases the transport costs.In addition,carriers,drivers,and financial funds lack effective supervision methods,and there are problems such as disordered market order and poor service quality.Therefore,information technology is needed to improve the quality of road transportation management.This article considers information management methods and mobile Internet as important ways to upgrade the highway logistics industry,It is proposed to develop a road transportation management system to solve practical problems,and an information management platform to solve information asymmetry,inefficient vehicle-cargo matching,resource mismatch and so on.It has very important practical value.This article summarizes the develop background of logistics company's road transportation management system,points out the important role that system development brings to the development of logistics industry,and clarifies the object of system develop.Introduced Android,ASP.NET,JSON,Bootstrap,MySQL and other technologies used in development.Then confirm the feasibility of the project development from different levels of technology,economy and society,analyze the system users and functional composition and their relationship,and clarify the operation process.The importance of non-functional requirements is analyzed from the perspectives of system performance,reliability,and security.The multi-level functional composition is determined through the application architecture design,the technical architecture design determines the key technologies used by the system,the physical architecture design provides guidance for the deployment of network platforms and servers,and the functional module design describes the system functional structure and core module design process.The E-R diagram and database table structure can describe the data model.The road transportation management system of the logistics company researched in this paper includes subsystems and functional modules such as the background management system and the application of drivers,which are mainly targeted at different users such as drivers and administrators.The system functions are developed by coding,and the function operation effect is provided.Finally,test the data,performance,and functions to verify that the system can be released and launched normally.Able to post online.The main content of this article is system requirement analysis,design,function implementation.It supports web-side background management and the Android application developed.System implementation through hierarchical structure and functional modularization,and confirm the system matchings the user requirements.This topic by the development of logistics company's road transportation management system,It has launched in Kang Shun Da Cheng international logistics co.,LTD of Lanzhou.Application scope covered the Lanzhou city center and the surrounding counties,through the management system,integrate truck and supply of goods(including retail chains,supermarkets,specialty stores,department stores,wholesale markets,cold chain and so on),promote the collaboration between shippers,drivers,customer resources,improve the truck utilization rate of 30%,increase the efficiency of road transport 50%,The system promoted the transportation efficiency of the logistics company and promoted the urban logistics informationization development.
