Research And Implementation Of Key Management System In IC Card For Road Transportation Certificate

In order to strengthen the security and confidentiality of IC card for road transportation certificate and key management, the thesis researched and realized the scheme of IC card for road transportation certificate and the system of Provincial-level key management.The paper focused on the research of the IC card and cryptograph technology from the perspective of the logic application, then designed the mechanism of secure authentication and data transmission security to ensure the security in the process IC card being applicated.This paper researched the principle of the DES and RSA algorithm which were the typical algorithm of symmetric encryption and asymmetric encryption system in IC card encryption technology. By comparing their respective algorithmic character, using 3DES algorithm of symmetric encryption system was more suitable for road transportation certificate as an IC card encryption standard.According to the network symmetric key management model the paper researched and achieved an improved key management model based on the application for IC card using the protective structure of symmetric keys and secure mechanism in IC card. Besides, the paper discussed the important for key management to introduce 3DES decentralized algorithm, and utilizing the algorithm designed and implemented the scheme of national key distribution, then soluted the core issue that was the distribution of keys in symmetric key management.At the same time, the paper researched and implemented the system of Provincial-level key management . In this system, a new key export mechanism was proposed to ensure that the security of key card when a number of keys were exporting from key card. Moreover, the paper researched and designed a new program for updating the maintenance key of IC card which was significant in the same question.Through all the research above, the paper proposed and implemented a new system of provincial-level key management in IC card for road transportation certificate. It provides an effective solution for symmetric key management problems, and it is more valuebale for spreading symmetric key management under the IC card application.
