Research On The Motivation,Path And Economic Consecquences Of Innovation Internationalization

The significance of innovation is becoming increasingly obvious due to the growing trend of economic globalization,the rising market competition,and a new era of socialism that China has entered.Enterprises,as the most active subject in the market economy with Chinese characteristics,need to connect innovation deeply with their own development strategies.However,enterprises only rely on their own endogenous innovation,which has certain defects in strategic development,efficiency and cost.Moreover,due to the unbalanced trend of international technology flow,only relying on domestic innovation resources and their own resources,can not effectively meet the needs of enterprise innovation.For the sake of improving the efficiency and quality of innovation,enterprises need to obtain ideal technology spillover through the international market of knowledge spillover,and transform it into their own innovation ability through knowledge spillover.Therefore,compared with pure endogenous innovation,innovation internationalization is a more reasonable choiceSecondly,under the guidance of our government's policy of "bringing in" and "going out",Chinese enterprises actively introduce overseas high-quality resources and foreign investment.However,few enterprises are really successful because of factors such as American technical barriers,investment protectionism,cultural risks and their own business capabilities.In order to analyze the internationalization of innovation in a more comprehensive way,this paper collates and studies the relevant literature at home and abroad,By combing the theoretical basis of the motivation,conditions,models,risks and economic results of innovation internationalization,I establish the basic framework of the whole process of innovation internationalization.With the guidance of this framework,this paper analyses the internationalization of enterprise innovation in detail,and introduces the case analysis.In the case analysis,this paper selects Huawei as the representative of China's "going global" enterprises,and focuses on the selection of innovation internationalization through causes,conditions,models,risks and economic results.I hope to analyze the whole process of Huawei's innovation internationalization and find out the deep reasons behind its success in implementing innovation internationalization strategy.This paper hopes to help enterprises to better understand the basic content of innovation internationalization,to make them pay attention to R&D innovation,and to understand that innovation internationalization is a complex and long process.For the enterprises trying to make use of foreign innovation network,we hope that they can fully examine their own conditions,choose their own innovation internationalization mode and appropriate location choice,avoid various risks encountered in practice,obtain satisfactory R&D output,and strive for the leading power of global industrial development.
